Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Skyline Airport Transfers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for cancelled or amended bookings. By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

Cancellation & refund eligibility

  • Full refund: bookings cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, subject to an administration fee.
  • Administration fee: £10 or 10% of the booking value, whichever is greater.
  • 50% refund: cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours before pickup will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • No refund: cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a refund.

For late cancellations, Skyline Airport Transfers may offer alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling the journey, subject to availability.

Refund process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
  • To request a refund, please include your booking reference, full name, pickup date and time, and reason for cancellation.

No-show policy

A booking will be classified as a no-show if the passenger is not present at the scheduled pickup location and time.

  • The driver will attempt to contact the passenger for 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
  • If no contact is made within this period, the journey will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Incorrect booking details

Passengers are responsible for ensuring the selected vehicle is suitable for their journey, passenger count and luggage requirements.

  • No refund will be issued if the number of passengers exceeds the amount declared at the time of booking.
  • No refund will be issued if the luggage cannot be accommodated by the vehicle selected.

Exceptional circumstances

Flight cancellations

If your flight is cancelled by the airline, we may offer alternative arrangements where availability allows.

Medical emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, Skyline Airport Transfers may consider issuing a refund upon receipt of valid documentation, such as a hospital letter or doctor’s note.

Policy updates

Skyline Airport Transfers reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
