Skyline Airport Transfers – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of taxi services (“Service”) by Skyline Airport Transfers Limited (“Skyline”) to you, the customer. By completing a booking and utilizing our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Reservations:

  • All bookings must be made through our web-based booking form or by contacting our office directly.
  • A minimum of 3 hours notice is required for online bookings. For bookings with less notice, please call our office to confirm availability.

2. Airport Transfers and Delays:

  • Passengers are responsible for providing accurate flight information to ensure timely airport transfers.
  • We provide 60 minutes of free waiting time for incoming flights after the scheduled landing time. Additional waiting time will be charged according to our pricing structure.
  • For airport pickups, our driver will wait up to 90 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. After this period, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be offered.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after the vehicle has been dispatched may incur charges based on the distance/time traveled by the allocated driver.

4. Additional Charges and Variations:

  • Any changes to the agreed journey, including extra mileage, waiting time, or deviations, will incur additional charges as per our pricing structure.

5. Passenger Responsibilities:

  • Passengers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and ensuring they are ready for collection at the booked time.
  • You must order a suitable car size for the number of passengers and luggage. We cannot guarantee to carry excessive luggage.

6. Behaviour and Termination:

  • Passengers must behave appropriately during the journey. Skyline reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any passenger whose behavior poses a risk to the driver or vehicle.
  • No refund will be given if a booking is terminated due to unacceptable behavior.

7. Privacy and Security:

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Force Majeure:

  • Skyline may cancel services and provide refunds in the event of national emergencies, riots, wars, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Liability and Insurance:

  • While we maintain insurance coverage for passengers and third-party claims, customers are responsible for their own belongings during the journey.

10. Amendments and Updates:

  • Skyline reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Amendments will apply to all existing bookings.

11. Contact Information:

By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Skyline Airport Transfers Limited regarding the provision of our Service.
