Vietjet has firmed orders for 100 Airbus A321neos while Turkish operator MNG Airlines Cargo has signed for its pair of Airbus A350 freighters.
The two agreements were the outstanding orders listed by the airframer during October.
Airbus’s updated backlog for the month also shows Korean Air’s agreement for seven A350Fs has been added, taking firm orders for the freighter to 74.
Korean’s agreement is not a separate order but a conversion of its previous A350-1000 commitment.
Airbus also shows five undisclosed or private customers booked a total of 10 A320neo-family jets.
They took net orders for the first 10 months of the year to 625 aircraft. Airbus has also delivered 585, out of a full-year target of 820.
