Skyline Airport Transfers – Terms and Conditions

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the taxi services (“Service”) provided by Skyline Airport Transfers Limited (“Skyline”) to you, the customer. By booking and utilizing our Service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  1. Booking and Reservations
  • Bookings must be made via our online booking form or by directly contacting our office.
  • A minimum notice of three (3) hours is required for online bookings. For bookings with shorter notice, please call our office to confirm availability.
  1. Airport Transfers and Delays
  • Customers must provide accurate flight details to ensure timely pickups.
  • A complimentary waiting period of 60 minutes is provided for incoming flights from the scheduled landing time. Additional waiting time will incur charges based on our pricing structure.
  • For airport pickups, our driver will wait up to 90 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If no contact is made within this period, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations after the vehicle has been dispatched may incur charges based on distance and time travelled. (Please see our Refund Policy). 
  1. Additional Charges and Variations
  • Any modifications to the agreed journey, including additional mileage, waiting time, or route deviations, will be subject to extra charges in accordance with our pricing structure.
  1. Passenger Responsibilities
  • Customers must provide accurate booking details and be ready at the designated collection time.
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to book an appropriately sized vehicle for the number of passengers and luggage. Excess luggage may not be accommodated.
  1. Conduct and Service Termination
  • Passengers must conduct themselves appropriately during the journey. Skyline reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger’s behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
  • No refund will be provided if service is terminated due to unacceptable behaviour.
  1. Privacy and Data Protection
  • We prioritize your privacy and will handle your personal information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

 

  1. Force Majeure
  • Skyline reserves the right to cancel services and issue refunds in cases of extreme weather, national emergencies, riots, wars, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
  1. Liability and Insurance
  • While Skyline maintains appropriate insurance coverage for passengers and third-party claims, customers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the journey.
  1. Amendments and Updates
  • Skyline may update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes will apply to existing bookings.

By using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
